Ector County, Texas (December 9, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed in an alleged hit-and-run accident Saturday morning in Ector County, a local news source reported.

The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. December 7, on West University Boulevard and FM 1936 near the Lapa Lapa restaurant.

As per the report, a pedestrian was hit for unknown reasons by a vehicle at the intersection.

The pedestrian was killed in the crash.

The involved vehicle fled the scene. The driver was later located and arrested.
