Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Highway 6 in Fort Bend County

Man Killed in Fort Bend County Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Highway 6 

Fort Bend County, Texas (June 8, 2020) – A man was killed Sunday night in a hit-and-run accident in Fort Bend County, according to the deputies.

The accident happened shortly before 10:00 p.m. on June 7, on Highway 6, just north of Bissonnet.

Deputies said the man was in the back of a truck, helping to move items when he fell out and was hit by another vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle who hit the man and the occupants inside the truck fled the scene after the accident.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.
