Man Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Spur 408

Dallas, Texas (January 9, 2021) – A man was fatally hit by an SUV early Saturday morning in Dallas, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 12:45 a.m. in the 1700 block of Spur 408. 

Police said the man was returning to his vehicle after helping another driver who had been involved in a rollover crash. As he entered the roadway, he was struck by a Cadillac SUV driven by a 23-year-old woman.

The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released.

The police are investigating the crash.
