Martin Cornejo Killed in Seagoville Bicycle Accident on U.S. 175

Seagoville, Texas (October 20, 2021) – A man was killed Friday night in a bicycle accident in Seagoville, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 11:00 p.m., October 15, in the 2200 block of the westbound U.S. Highway 175 service road.

Police said Martin Cornejo, 28, of Seagoville, was riding his bicycle on the service road when he was struck by a moving vehicle.

Cornejo was taken to a Dallas hospital, where he later died.

No other information about the driver of the vehicle was available.

The police are investigating the crash. Anyone with any information or who might have witnessed the crash is asked to call the Seagoville Police Department at (972) 287-2999.
