Melissa Espinoza Killed in Monahans Pedestrian Accident on S Main

Monahans, Texas (November 7, 2023) – The woman who was killed on Friday in a pedestrian accident in Monahans has been identified as Melissa Espinoza, of Monahans, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:13 p.m., November 3, in the 200 block of S Main.

Police said Espinoza was struck by a southbound Ford F-250.

The Ford driver stopped immediately and rendered aid to Espinoza.

Espinoza was taken to a local hospital and later taken to Odessa where she was pronounced dead.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
