Mohammed Al-Abdulla Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Central Freeway in Wichita Falls

Mohammed Al-Abdulla ID’d as Man Killed in Wichita Falls Crash on Central Freeway

Wichita Falls, Texas (October 3, 2022) – Authorities have identified the man who died early Sunday morning following a two-vehicle crash in Wichita Falls as Mohammed Al-Abdulla, 21, of Sheppard AFB.

The deadly crash happened at about 2:00 a.m. Sunday, October 2, in the 800 block of north Central Freeway.

According to the Wichita Falls Police Department, Al-Abdulla was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of the freeway when his Nissan Altima collided with a Chevrolet Malibu driven by a 23-year-old woman.

Al-Abdulla was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Malibu driver was transported to the United Regional Health Care System in critical condition and later airlifted to another hospital for further treatment.

The WFPD is investigating the crash.
