Omaris Gonzalez Killed in Killeen Two-Vehicle Crash on E. Rancier Avenue

Killeen, Texas (June 20, 2021) – A woman was killed Saturday morning in a wrong-way crash in Killeen, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 9:35 a.m., June 19, in the 1300 block of E. Rancier Avenue.

Police said a grey Toyota Corolla was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes when it crashed head-on into a white Ford F-250 pick-up truck.

Four people in the Toyota were taken to the hospital in critical condition where one of them, 35-year-old Omaris Gonzalez, later died.

The passengers in the Ford sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
