One Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at Glenna and Junius

San Angelo, Texas (January 16, 2021) – According to a local news source, one person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in San Angelo.

The crash occurred on January 15, at the intersection of Glenna and Junius, near the soccer fields by the dam.

Police said a black four-door Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling northbound on Glenna while a maroon GMC Yukon was traveling westbound on Junius.

The Yukon pulled out into the intersection in front of the Chevrolet, that had the right of way, resulting in a collision.

One person in the Yukon sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The Yukon driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.

The crash remains under investigation.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

While there are many causes of car accidents, the most common reasons of driver negligence include driver inattention; cell phone use; texting and driving; speeding; fatigue; failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive; running a red light; and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” Attorney Joel A. Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
