Patricia Carla Rogers Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident at Edwards Ranch Road and Marathon Avenue

Fort Worth, Texas (April 4, 2023) – A woman was killed, and a man was injured Thursday night in a pedestrian accident in Fort Worth, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 10:30 p.m., March 30, at the intersection of Edwards Ranch Road and Marathon Avenue near the Clearfork shopping center.

Police said an SUV was traveling southbound on Edwards Ranch Road when it struck a man and a woman who were crossing the intersection.

The man and the woman were taken to local hospitals in critical condition, where the woman later died. She has been identified as Patricia Carla Rogers, 63, of Colleyville.

The SUV driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The Traffic Investigation Unit is investigating the crash.
