Person Hurt in Pinehurst Pedestrian Accident on West Park Avenue

Pinehurst, Texas (January 7, 2019)  – A pedestrian was critically injured in a crash involving a hit-and-run driver in Pinehurst on Sunday.
According to the Pinehurst Police Department, the incident happened in the 3100 block of West Park Avenue on Sunday, January 6.
Police said the pedestrian suffered critical injuries and was taken to a Beaumont hospital.
The authorities later located the vehicle suspected to have been involved in the incident with the help of information provided by witnesses.
There were no reports of arrests but police had a person of interest.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
