One Critically Injured in North Austin Pedestrian Accident at Rutland Drive and N Lamar Boulevard

Austin, Texas (December 3, 2023) – A person was critically injured Saturday night in a pedestrian accident in North Austin, according to officials.

The accident happened around 7:50 p.m., December 2, at the intersection of Rutland Drive and N Lamar Boulevard.

Officials said an adult was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.

The adult was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with critical life-threatening injuries.

No other information was provided.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
