Man Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on East Loop 820 South

Fort Worth, Texas (May 9, 2021) – According to the police, a man was killed Friday night in a hit-and-run crash in Fort Worth.

The deadly accident happened around 11:30 p.m., May 7, in the 2000 block of East Loop 820 South.

Police said the man was walking on the freeway when he was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene.

The victim was then struck and dragged for several feet by another vehicle before it pulled over.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
