One Seriously Injured in Central Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on Slide Road

Lubbock, Texas (September 25, 2022) – One person was seriously injured Friday night in a pedestrian accident in central Lubbock, according to the police.

The accident happened around 8:54 p.m., September 23, in the 5500 block of Slide Road.

Police said a pedestrian was taken to UMC with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
