One Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Harrisburg at Latham

Houston, Texas (March 18, 2021) – According to police, a man was fatally struck by a vehicle Wednesday evening in Houston.

The deadly accident was reported around 7:00 p.m., March 17, on Harrisburg at Latham.

Police said the man was crossing the street in a crosswalk when he was struck by a westbound Chevrolet Corvette that was traveling at a high rate of speed.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The Corvette driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
