Person Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 45 near Edgebrook

Houston, Texas (March 14, 2023) – A person was fatally hit by a bus early Monday morning in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened just before 6:00 a.m., March 13, on the I-45 inbound HOV lane near Edgebrook.

Police said the person was trying to cross the inbound HOV lane when they were struck by First Class Tours bus that was contracted by METRO.

The victim was killed in the crash.

No other injuries were reported.

The police are investigating the crash.
