Pregnant Woman Among Two Injured in Hit-and-Run at Beltway 8 and North Freeway in Houston

Pregnant Woman and Man Injured in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash at Beltway 8 and North Freeway

Houston, Texas (June 5, 2022) – Two people, including a pregnant woman, were injured early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Houston, according to the police.

The crash happened around 2:00 a.m., at the intersection of the Beltway 8 and North Freeway feeder roads.

Police said a man and the pregnant woman were traveling eastbound on the feeder of Beltway 8 in a Suburban when they were hit by a Ford F-150, which was traveling northbound on North Freeway feeder road.

The driver of the Ford, a man, walked away from the scene after the crash.

The man and the pregnant woman in the Suburban were taken to the hospital in unknown conditions.

The authorities are looking for the hit-and-run driver.

The police are investigating the crash. Anyone with any information about the crash is asked to call the Vehicular Crimes Division of the Houston Police Department or Crime Stoppers.
