Rene Kemmerer ID’d as Woman Killed in Cibolo Pedestrian Accident on FM 78

Cibolo, Texas (November 27, 2019) – The woman who was killed in a pedestrian accident Friday night in Cibolo has been identified as Rene Kemmerer,36, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened just before 10:30 p.m., November 22, in the 100 block of FM 78.

Authorities said Kemmerer was struck by a Ford F-150. She was declared dead at the scene.

The Cibolo Police Department is investigating the crash.
