Ross Sheridan Killed in Forney Motorcycle Crash on U.S. Highway 80

Forney, Texas (June 20, 2021) – A Plano man was killed Wednesday evening in a motorcycle crash in Forney, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 5:15 p.m., June 16, in the 500 block of westbound U.S. Highway 80.

Police said Ross Sheridan, 34, of Plano, was riding a motorcycle when he passed on the right side of an 18-wheeler. Sheridan then crashed into the 18-wheeler and concrete barriers.

Sheridan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The police are investigating the crash.
