Sandra Little Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on South Loop 289 in Lubbock

62-Year-Old Sandra Little Injured in Lubbock Two-Vehicle Crash on South Loop 289 

Lubbock, Texas (March 18, 2020) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday morning in Lubbock, according to a local news source.

The crash happened on Tuesday, March 17, on South Loop 289 in between Quaker Avenue and Slide Road.

Authorities said Sandra Little,62, was driving a Mitsubishi Outlander westbound on the South Loop 289 access road when she veered to the left, traveled up the median embankment, and hit a Ford Fusion driven by 64-year-old Billy Wiggins.

Little was taken to University Medical Center with moderate injuries.

Wiggins was uninjured in the crash.

The Major Crash Unit is investigating the crash.
