Scott Duniven Killed in Lubbock Motorcycle Crash on 34th Street

Lubbock, Texas (March 18, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night in Lubbock.

The fatal crash occurred around 9:15 p.m., March 16, in the 5800 block of 34th Street.

Police said Scott Duniven, 42, was riding a motorcycle on the street while a Ford F-150 driven by Cade Landrum, 18, was exiting a private parking lot on the southbound side of the street.

Landrum was attempting to turn westbound, and the Ford collided with the motorcycle in the eastbound lanes.

Duniven was taken to University Medical Center, where he died on March 17.

Landrum was uninjured in the crash.

The Lubbock Police Department, Major Crash Investigation Unit, is investigating the crash.
