Thomas Kelly Killed in Howard County Two-Vehicle Crash on IH-20

Howard County, Texas (September 14, 2022) – A man was killed Monday night in a two-vehicle crash in Howard County, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened on September 12, on IH-20.

Authorities said Thomas Kelly, of Big Spring, was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when he crashed into an eastbound semi-truck.

Kelly was killed in the crash.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
