Three Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at Highway 90 and FM 481 in Uvalde
3 Hospitalized after Uvalde Two-Vehicle Crash at U.S. Highway 90 and FM 481
Uvalde, Texas (October 28, 2019) – Three people were injured Wednesday evening in a two-vehicle crash in Uvalde, a local news source reported.
The collision occurred around 5:00 p.m. October 23, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 90 and Farm to Market Road 481.
According to a preliminary investigation, a tractor-trailer was heading eastbound in the 1200 block of U.S. Highway 90 when it crossed the centerline line. It then crashed into a car, which had been westbound on Highway 90, at the intersection.
Both vehicles then crashed into the covered parking area at Ofelia’s Mexican Restaurant which is located at 1296 W. Main St.
Three people were taken to the hospital for treatment.
An investigation is underway.
