Timothy Kramer ID’d as Celina Man Killed in Valley View Pedestrian Accident on I-35

Valley View, Texas (February 6, 2019) – A man from Celina was struck and killed by a vehicle after he stepped out of a disabled vehicle in Valley View early Sunday morning, according to the DPS.
The crash was reported at about 3:40 a.m. February 3 on Interstate 35 near Mile Marker 485.
DPS said Timothy Kramer, 52, of Celina, was driving a 2014 Chrysler 300 northbound on I-35 when he crashed into the guardrail. The vehicle got disabled in the collision and as Kramer walked into the roadway, he was struck by a northbound 1999 Chrysler 300.
Kramer died at the scene of the accident.
The four people riding in the 1999 Chrysler were all transported to Medical City of Denton with non-life-threatening injuries.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
