Timothy Thompson Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Westheimer Road

Houston, Texas (December 31, 2020) – A man was fatally hit by a vehicle Sunday night in Houston, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 10:55 p.m., December 27, in the 8200 block of Westheimer Road.

Police said Timothy Thompson, 62, was crossing the street when he was struck by a westbound black Dodge Challenger driven by a 26-year-old man.

Thompson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers said the driver was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
