64-Year-Old Victor Carr Dies in Austin Accident at Oak Springs Drive and Airport Boulevard

Austin, Texas (May 22, 2019) – The man who died in a traffic accident in East Austin early Saturday morning has been identified as Victor Carr, 64.
According to the police, the collision was reported at about 1:59 a.m. May 18, at Oak Springs Drive and Airport Boulevard.
Police said Carr was operating a Kia Soul south on Airport Boulevard when he turned in front of a northbound gray Toyota Corolla, leading to a collision.
Carr was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver and passenger in the Corolla were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are working to determine the cause of the accident.
