Victor Mancha Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on South Flores

San Antonio, Texas (November 25, 2019) – A man was hit and killed by a wrong-way driver early Sunday morning in San Antonio, a local news source reported.

The accident happened around 2:00 a.m., November 24, in the 4900 block of South Flores.

As per the report, Victor Mancha, 53, had just left the R&J Saloon and was crossing the street with two friends when a speeding grey sedan which was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes hit him.

Mancha was taken to BAMC Hospital in an unstable, life-threatening condition where he later died.

The driver of the sedan fled the scene and police found him around the corner. He was arrested and taken into custody.

An investigation is ongoing.
