Vincent Delk Victim in Fatal Ector County ATV Crash at Quartz and Line Street

Ector County, Texas (October 25, 2019) – A man was killed early Monday morning in an ATV crash in Ector County, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

The accident was reported around 12:10 a.m. October 21, in the area of Quartz and Line Street.

Troopers said Stephen Moore was driving a Pontiac Aztek and was attempting to turn onto Lime Street from Quartz when he collided with an ATV.

The ATV rider, Vincent Delk, 48, of Odessa, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Moore was uninjured in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
