Weston Fesperman and Jose Gonzalez-Sanchez Injured in Rhome Motorcycle Accident on U.S. 81/287 near County Road 4840
Rhome, Texas (February 24, 2019) – Two people were hospitalized Wednesday evening after a motorcycle accident in Rhome, authorities said.
The collision was reported just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 20 on U.S. 81/287 near County Road 4840.
According to the authorities, a Toyota passenger vehicle occupied by Jose Gonzalez-Sanchez collided with a motorcycle operated by Weston Fesperman on U.S. 81/287.
Wise County EMS took Sanchez and Fesperman to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in unknown condition.
The southbound lanes of U.S. 81/287 were shut down as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
