Wheelchair-Bound Person Injured in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on 19th Street

Lubbock, Texas (December 15, 2022) – According to a local news source, a person in a wheelchair was injured Tuesday night in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock.

The accident was reported around 11:15 p.m., December 13, in the 2100 block of 19th Street.

According to the report, a wheelchair-bound pedestrian was taken to University Medical Center with moderate injuries after being struck by an SUV.

No other information was available.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
