Woman Critically Injured in DWI Crash on Bulverde Road in San Antonio; Truman Freeman Arrested

Woman Critically Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Bulverde Road; Truman Freeman Arrested

San Antonio, Texas – A woman was critically injured Friday night in a DWI crash in San Antonio’s North Side, according to the police.

The crash happened around 10:30 p.m., March 15, near the 14100 block of Bulverde Road.

Police said a Chevy Cruze was traveling southbound while a Nissan Rouge was traveling northbound.

The Nissan drifted into the southbound lanes and crashed head-on into the Chevy.

The Chevy driver, a 33-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The Nissan driver, Truman Freeman, 66, was evaluated at the scene and determined that he was driving while intoxicated. He has been charged and booked for DWI with a blood alcohol content (BAC) over .15.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
