Woman Hospitalized after El Paso Pedestrian Accident at Cabaret Drive and Carousel Drive
El Paso, Texas (July 28, 2022) – A woman was critically injured after she was struck by a vehicle Wednesday at an intersection in west El Paso, according to the El Paso Police Department.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Cabaret Drive and Carousel Drive on July 27.
El Paso Police said the pedestrian, only identified as a woman in her 60s, was hit by a pickup truck at the intersection.
The woman was transported to a hospital, where she was listed in critical condition.
Police closed Cabaret Drive and Carousel Drive as they investigated the crash. Motorists were being urged to seek an alternate route.
El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigations is investigating the cause of the crash.
