Harris County, Texas (January 5, 2023) – A woman was severely injured after she was struck by an 18-wheeler on Saturday afternoon in northwest Harris County, according to authorities.

The crash happened at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 31 in the 6700 block of Chippewa Boulevard near Antoine Drive.

The woman was hit by a vehicle on the roadway.

The woman sustained serious injuries in the crash.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.
