Tristan Stewart Dies in Amarillo Motorcycle Collision on 9th and Bushland Avenues

Amarillo, Texas (May 6, 2019) – A fatal crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle left the rider dead on Sunday evening in Amarillo, according to police.
The wreck took place on Sunday, May 5, at 9th and Bushland avenues.
According to Amarillo police, 34-year-old Tristan Dave Stewart of Amarillo was driving a 2005 Harley Davidson west on 9th Avenue when he, for unknown reasons, swerved into the eastbound lanes and collided with an oncoming 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan.
Police said Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The Caravan driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
