Woman Hospitalized after San Antonio Crash on Judson Road at Creekway Street

San Antonio, Texas (April 24, 2022) – A woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio on Saturday night, according to a local news source.

The collision occurred at about 10:42 p.m. Saturday, April 23, on Judson Road at Creekway Street.

As per the report, a pickup truck collided with another vehicle under unclear circumstances. Due to the impact, the pickup truck overturned.

Fire crews responded to the scene and found a woman trapped inside the pickup truck. Authorities said the woman was pinned between the dashboard and the seat on the passenger side.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to extricate the woman from the truck. She was then transported to SAMMC in stable condition.

The man driving the truck was treated by medical personnel at the scene and released.

The man driving the second vehicle did not suffer any injuries.

It is undetermined if alcohol or drugs was a factor in the crash.

Further details about the crash were not immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
