Woman Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Nacogdoches Road in San Antonio

Woman Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Nacogdoches Road at Hillpoint Street

San Antonio, Texas (November 23, 2020) – A woman in her 60s was injured early Monday morning in a hit-and-run crash in San Antonio, according to police.

The accident happened around 6:00 a.m. in the 10500 block of Nacogdoches Road at the intersection of Hillpoint Street.

Police said the woman was crossing the street in a crosswalk and had the right-of-way when she was hit by a northbound vehicle.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The woman was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center in unknown condition.

The authorities are looking for the driver who, if found, might face a failure to stop and render aid charge.

The police are investigating the crash.
