Woman Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on 27th Street at Chadbourne in San Angelo

Woman Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash on 27th Street at Chadbourne

San Angelo, Texas – A woman was injured Wednesday afternoon in a wrong-way crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash happened on January 24, at the intersection of 27th Street and Chadbourne.

Police said a Mazda 2 was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of North Chadbourne Street when it struck a Chevrolet pickup truck which was trying to turn right from East 27th Street onto Chadbourne.

A woman who was a passenger in the Mazda was taken to Shannon Medical Center for treatment.

The Mazda driver was cited for driving on the left.

The crash remains under investigation.
