Woman Killed in Danieldale Car Crash at Danieldale Road and Greentree Lane

Danieldale, Texas (January 28, 2019) – A woman was killed and another hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in Danieldale on Saturday night, according to the authorities.
The crash happened at about 8:30 p.m. January 27 at Danieldale Road and Greentree Lane.
Police said a four-door car was traveling west when when it attempted to make a left turn and was hit by an eastbound two-door car.
The force of the collision sent of the cars crashing into a nearby fence.
The driver of the westbound car was transported by helicopter to Parkland Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
A passenger in the second vehicle was taken by ambulance to Methodist Dallas Medical Center. The driver was checked out by the medics at the scene.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
