Woman Killed in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on Veterans Memorial Drive at Fallbrook Drive

Harris County, Texas (August 5, 2022) – According to the authorities, a woman was killed early Friday morning in a hit-and-run accident in northwest Harris County.

The deadly accident happened around 2:30 a.m., on Veterans Memorial Drive at Fallbrook Drive.

Authorities said the woman was walking southbound on Veterans Memorial Drive when a vehicle hit her.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

No other information regarding the accident was provided.

An investigation is underway.
