Woman Struck, Killed on LBJ Freeway in Dallas

Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on LBJ Freeway near Plano Road

Dallas, Texas (July 14, 2020) – A woman was fatally struck by several vehicles Sunday night in Dallas, according to police.

The deadly accident occurred 11:20 p.m., on July 12, on LBJ Freeway near Plano Road.

Officials said the woman was attempting to cross the highway when she was struck by a vehicle in the fast lane of traffic. Multiple other vehicles also struck the woman.

The victim was killed in the accident. Her name has not been released.

The accident closed all eastbound and westbound lanes of the freeway.

The Dallas Police Department is investigating the accident.
