One Injured in Corpus Christi Car Crash on Buford near Staples Street

Corpus Christi, Texas (January 21, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a collision involving a patrol car and another vehicle in Corpus Christi on Saturday night.
According to the Corpus Christi Police Department, the wreck happened at about 8:00 p.m. January 19 in the 1000 block of Buford near Staples Street.
The authorities said a Corpus Christi police officer was responding to an emergency call when the patrol vehicle struck another car.
The driver of the civilian vehicle was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The authorities are working to find out the cause of the crash.
