1 Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 69 in Tyler

One Hospitalized after Highway 69 Accident Friday Morning

Tyler, Texas (August 26, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after a traffic accident on Friday morning in Tyler, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash happened on Highway 69 on Friday, August 25.

DPS said three vehicles were involved in the wreck.

One patient was transported to a hospital in Tyler with minor injuries.

No further details about the crash were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
