2 Killed and 2 Injured in Sierra Blanca Two-Vehicle Crash on I-10

Sierra Blanca, Texas (September 28, 2019) – Two people were killed and two others were injured in a fiery two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon near Sierra Blanca, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The fatal crash occurred around 4:50 p.m. September 27, on I-10.

Troopers said a truck tractor towing two pup-trailers crashed into the rear of another truck tractor towing pup-trailers.

One of the trucks caught fire after the collision. Two people in the truck were killed in the crash.

The driver and passenger of the other truck were taken to a Vanhorn hospital in unknown condition.

An investigation is underway.
