Man Killed in Harris County Pedestrian Accident on Barker Cypress Road

Harris County, Texas (December 18, 2019) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident Tuesday night in Harris County, deputies said.

The accident took place around 9:45 p.m. on December 17, in the 6300 block of Barker Cypress Road.

Deputies said a 29-year-old man was driving a Toyota Camry southbound on Barker Cypress when a man fell into the roadway as he was coming from the westside of the street and was hit.

The man was killed in the crash.

The Camry driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Investigators said intoxication and impairment were not factors in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
