One Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash at Avenue L and S. Bryant

San Angelo, Texas (August 4, 2023) – One person was injured Thursday afternoon in a two-car crash in San Angelo, according to the police.

The crash happened on August 3, at the intersection of Avenue L and S. Bryant.

Police said a Red Nissan Juke failed to yield the right of way to a Blue Hyundai Santa Fe while turning left onto Avenue L from the northbound lane. The vehicles then collided at the intersection.

The driver of the Santa Fe was rushed to Shannon with non-incapacitating injuries. 

The Nissan driver, an 18-year-old, was checked at the scene and released. The driver was cited for the crash as well as not having a driver’s license.

The crash remains under investigation.
