One Injured in South Abilene Two-Vehicle Crash near South 1st Street and Locust Street

Abilene, Texas (October 26, 2022) – One person was injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in South Abilene, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 3:00 p.m., October 25, near South 1st and Locust Streets.

According to the report, a pickup truck was traveling eastbound when a smaller vehicle pulled out of it while heading northbound, resulting in a collision.

One person was trapped in their vehicle and had to be extricated. They were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
