40-Year-Old Man Injured in DWI Crash on I-10 in San Antonio; 34-Year-Old Man Arrested

40-Year-Old Man Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on I-10 near Vance Jackson Road; 34-Year-Old Man Arrested

San Antonio, Texas – A 40-year-old man was injured early Friday morning in a head-on collision in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m., January 19, on Interstate 10 northbound, just before Vance Jackson Road.

Police said a black Nissan Sentra was traveling the wrong way when it crashed head-on into a gray Hyundai Accent.

The wrong-way driver, a 34-year-old man, was arrested for DWI and taken into custody. 

The Hyundai driver, a 40-year-old man, was taken to a local hospital and is expected to be OK.

The crash remains under investigation.
