One Injured in Waller County Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 10 at Peach Ridge Road

Waller County, Texas (December 9, 2021) – One person was injured Wednesday morning in a wrong-way crash in Waller County, according to the authorities.

The crash happened around 1:30 a.m., December 8, on Interstate 10 at Peach Ridge Road.

Authorities said a pickup truck was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-10 when it crashed head-on into a tractor-trailer.

The pickup truck driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The crash closed both directions of I-10.

No other information was available.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
