One Killed and One Injured in Cypress Two-Vehicle Crash on Mueschke Road 

Cypress, Texas (March 20, 2021) – According to deputies, one person was killed, and another was seriously injured Friday night in a hit-and-run crash involving a street racer in Cypress.

The deadly crash was reported around 10:00 p.m., March 19, in the 2920 block of Mueschke Road.

According to witnesses, a truck was street racing when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into another vehicle.

The truck driver fled the scene on foot.

One person was killed in the crash. Another person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The authorities are looking for the truck driver.

The crash closed both directions of Mueschke Road.

The crash remains under investigation.
