1 Killed, 1 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Tidwell Road in Houston

32-Year-Old Man Killed, Woman Injured in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Tidwell Road at Valley Forest Drive

Houston, Texas (March 11, 2023) – A man was killed, and a woman was injured Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Houston, according to the deputies.

The fatal crash happened around 5:17 a.m., March 10, in the 117000 block of Tidwell Road at Valley Forest Drive on a bridge.

Deputies said a 32-year-old man was driving a white Chevy Malibu eastbound on Tidwell and was either impaired or fatigued when he veered into the oncoming lane and crashed head-on into a Chevy Camaro.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

A woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The crash closed Tidwell Road between Ticonderoga and John Ralston.

The deputies are investigating the crash.
