Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Nacogdoches Road

San Antonio, Texas (November 30, 2020) – A man was critically injured in a pedestrian accident Sunday evening in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to police.

The accident happened just after 5:00 p.m., November 29, in the 13400 block of Nacogdoches Road near Higgins.

Police said the man was crossing the street when he was struck by a van.

The victim was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

The van driver was taken into custody.

Officers said alcohol might have been a factor in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
